Hot Tubs:
Beachcomber Hot Tubs & Outdoor Living offers a 100-day in-home trial with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your hot tub within 100 days of delivery. This policy is available at participating dealers and comes with no questions asked.

100-Day Exchange Advantage: Exchange your hot tub for a different model, paying the price difference.

100-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Return the stock hot tub within 100 days for a refund, excluding costs for shipping, installation, watercare used, and labor.

Conditions: Damages during the trial period are the customer’s responsibility. Customized hot tubs may not be eligible for returns.

Coverage: The trial starts on the delivery date.
