This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for purchases made through Beachcomber Hot Tubs & Outdoor Living (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via beachcomberoutdoorliving.ca. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to this Return Policy.
 

Hot Tubs:

Beachcomber Hot Tubs & Outdoor Living offers a 100-day in-home trial with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your hot tub within 100 days of delivery. This policy is available at participating dealers and comes with no questions asked.

  • 100-Day Exchange Advantage: Exchange your hot tub for a different model, paying the price difference.
     

  • 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Return the stock hot tub within 100 days for a refund, excluding costs for shipping, installation, watercare used, and labor.
     

  • Conditions: Damages during the trial period are the customer’s responsibility. Customized hot tubs may not be eligible for returns.
     

  • Coverage: The trial starts on the delivery date.
     

  • Additional Perks: Enjoy a 30-day FLEXJET™ exchange privilege to swap jet inserts.

Hot Tub Accessories (e.g., heat shields, steps, GFCIs):

  • Returns: Within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
     

  • Condition: Must be in original packaging for return or exchange.
     

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% fee applies for used or damaged items in original packaging.
     

Patio Furniture & Accessories:

  • Returns: Within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
     

  • Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging for a full refund.
     

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% fee for used or damaged items in original packaging.
     

  • Additional Fees: Pickup and delivery charges apply to returns, depending on distance and time.
     

  • Custom Orders: Final sale; no returns or exchanges.
     

BBQs & Grills:

  • Returns: Within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
     

  • Condition: Must be unused and in original packaging for a full refund.
     

  • Restocking Fee: 50% fee for used items returned within 7 days.
     

  • Additional Fees: Pickup and delivery charges apply to returns, depending on distance and time.
     

  • Custom Orders: Final sale; no returns or exchanges.
     

Water Care, Filters & Accessories:

  • Water Care Chemicals: Final sale; no returns or exchanges.
     

  • Water Care Accessories: Must be unused and in original packaging for a full refund within 7 days.
     

  • Filters: Unused filters in original packaging are refundable within 14 days. A 50% restocking fee applies to custom filter orders.
     

Hot Tub Parts:

  • Returns: Within 7 days of purchase (does not include parts used for service).
     

  • Condition: Must be unused and in original packaging. Excludes electronic components and PVC pipes.
     

  • Final Sale: Electronic components, PVC pipes, and custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
     

Clearance & Floor Models:

  • Final Sale: All clearance and floor models are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

This Return Policy is effective as of 29-01-2026. Any changes or updates made to this policy will be communicated on this page, with the new effective date clearly marked. Customers are encouraged to check this page periodically to stay informed about any changes to the policy.
