What are your service rates?Beachcomber Hot Tubs & Outdoor Living charges a standard rate of $150 per hour for service calls. Each visit requires a minimum one-hour charge. After the first hour, billing is calculated in 15-minute increments.

When should I expect the technician?You’ll receive a morning or afternoon service window when booking. While we strive to be punctual, exact arrival times may vary due to the nature of previous service calls. Our technician will call approximately 30 minutes before arriving.

What areas do you serve?We proudly provide service across Edmonton and surrounding communities, including Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc, Beaumont, Devon, Fort Saskatchewan, Morinville, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Sturgeon County, Parkland County, and more. Please note: Locations beyond a 40 km radius from central Edmonton may incur additional mileage fees.

Do you operate in bad weather?Yes — our technicians work in most weather conditions. However, if extreme cold prevents safe or effective repairs, we may reschedule your service call or recommend transporting your unit to our shop for service. Additional moving charges may apply.

How long does a typical service call take?Most issues are resolved within the first hour. If additional time is required or the job is more extensive than expected, our technician will inform you during the visit.

Do I need to be home for my service call?No, you don't need to be home for your service call as long as our technicians can access your hot tub and its breaker panel.
